Mouse Class Travel Virtual VIP Service is completely FREE for vacation packages valued at $4,500 or more. Vacation Packages are composed of a resort reservation with one or both of the following added on, theme park tickets and Disney Dining Plan.

Vacations of lower-cost are serviced by our team for a nominal fee. Refer to the scale below to see the cost of those services.

Upgrade Cost for Virtual VIP Services
Upgrade Services Cost is fully or partially refundable for reasonable cancelations or Disney package upgrades made after the initial booking.

What if I choose not to upgrade?

There are many benefits to our service team should you choose not to upgrade to our Virtual VIP Services.

The following services are included with all bookings, regardless of cost.

  • Discount monitoring. Should a better discount become available, we automatically apply it and notify you immediately!
  • Entry into our exclusive Facebook Planning Group
  • Roundtrip Transportation arrangements through Disney's Magical Express from the Orlando
    International Airport (MCO) to your Disney Resort.
  • Celebrations, special allergy, or room request notations on your resort reservation.
  • Final payment reminders and incremental payments on your behalf using a Disney gift card, Disney redemption card, credit card or debit card.
    All payments are made directly to Disney!

THE MOUSE CLASS PROCESS

Using your credit card or Disney Gift Card, our team will process your deposit to secure your reservation through Disney directly. Our team monitors discounts on a daily basis to assure you always have the best offer available.

With your help, we set-up and manage your MyDisneyExperience (MDE) account throughout the vacation planning process. Our knowledgeable tech support works with Disney tech directly to ensure you have a smooth transition using your MagicBands as your door key, theme park ticket, Photopass locator, and charge card.

Your park plans are developed with you in mind. First, we ask you to submit a planning questionnaire. We communicate with you throughout the entire planning process. All plans are created around crowd calendar data, special events, seasonal changes, and more. We automatically update plans for real-time changes such as park hour changes, ride closures, refurbishments and more. All plans will be accessible through your mobile device.

We invite you to join our exclusive Mouse Class Travel Facebook Group where we share insider tips, tricks and more! Guest share their Disney stories, advice and questions and receive answers by our team in real-time. Special announcements and the latest offers are shared there first!

Dining reservations are secured up to 180-days prior to your vacation arrival. Approximately 2 weeks before your dining deadline we gain access to the future crowd calendar. We reach out to you to offer a choice in which parks we prefer for each day of your vacation. We then help you to implement the best dining options based on your park days. We help you to choose the best restaurants to maximize your experience and your palate! Our dining window at MCT never closes. If we cannot get you what you want, we will! We do not stop until every client gets the dining they need.

For guests that have a special dietary need, we work with Sarah Norris, of GlutenFreeDairyFreeWDW, a Disney allergy expert to offer you guidance on food options that are safe for you and your family! We also add any allergies to all of your dining reservations so Disney is notified in advance.

Our touring team offers you a comprehensive list of experiences, shows, and rides for each theme park you are visiting. They work with you, one on one, to narrow down your list and thoughtfully answer any questions you may have.

Based on your experiences wishlist our touring team suggests which rides to reserve using FastPass+ and which to add throughout the day with detailed instructions on how to accomplish this while inside the parks. 60-days prior to your arrival day your FastPass+ are secured.

Due 31-days prior to your vacation arrival. This is a great time to add Memory Maker, or Travel Protection. We call in any room requests, allergies or celebrations. We fax in use the TouringPlans.com Disney Resort faxing system as the second level of request.

14-days prior to your vacation, our Virtual VIP Guides will finalize all plans with you and offer the best tips and tricks for you to maximize your wishlist.

5-days prior to your vacation, we personally call Disney to remind them of any special requests including room assignments, allergy notations, or celebrations.

Our team is available to you via text, call or email to assist at any time during your stay at the Most Magical Place on Earth (Walt Disney World Florida) or Happiest Place on Earth (Disneyland California)! Our in-park assistance is what we are best known for.
