Recommended 100%. I'm a planner. I follow Disney blogs and groups; it's safe to say I know more than most visitors do about Walt Disney World. I booked our trip in 2019 then covid hit and I'm so glad I used MCT! Not only did they apply a discount on our package but it was a pleasant surprise they checked for you. These ladies visit regularly and stay up to date with everything you need from transportation, dining, characters and game plans. I like to deal with my planning and they allow you to do so if you wish but they were able to book ALL my dining and reservation wishlist in my 60 days. We got CRT, Topolinos, Ogas, droid depot and Savis! A family of 5! All the tips and tricks needed for a stress free vacation. Rise of the resistance? I got group 1 and 3 back to back with their advice! They even texted me back when I had questions during our stay. One time Lisa called me when I thought we'd miss the magical express. The entire Mouse Class Travel team was amazing! We knew Disney was going to be busy and crowded celebrating New Years Eve in Epcot but thanks to this team, we did everything on our wishlist during our week long stay and more! Each team member was available to answer questions and talk the same day I texted them. Lisa was able to secure us a Candlelight Processional dining package late in our plans, which switched up our park days, but the entire team came through and modified all our plans to accommodate. We had the best trip!!! This was our 3rd trip in 3 years… different travel agents each time and Mouse Class Travel far exceeded our expectations compared to other travel agents we used. I have become so immersed in the planning process for our last 2 trips that I almost didn’t enjoy them because I was planning every single detail. With Mouse Class Travel, I didn’t have to plan every single detail and that was a game changer. This was the most relaxed trip and I was able to take everything in and really enjoy the time with my family! We simply decided what our priorities were and Mouse Class filled in the details. Working with Lisa and her entire team at Mouse Class Travel was a wonderful experience. I was taking my 5-year-old daughter for the first time and I hadn’t been since 1995! I love planning trips and vacations but I was finding myself overwhelmed with all that goes into planning a perfect Disney trip. A friend of mine that visits Disney yearly suggested I give MCT a try. They were so quick to get back to me that I could hardly believe it. They were right on top of things when Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway became available for fastpass selection making sure we didn’t miss out on that experience! They did a fantastic job of communicating with me. No trip is perfect but this one came as close as it could and I believe it was due to my friends at MCT. This was our first trip using Mouse Class Travel and our 6th year going to Walt Disney World. It was the best experience ever! MCT worked with you on everything from the best resort for your needs, best places to eat, and best times to schedule things and more.
