Recommended 100%. I'm a planner. I follow Disney blogs and groups; it's safe to say I know more than most visitors do about Walt Disney World. I booked our trip in 2019 then covid hit and I'm so glad I used MCT! Not only did they apply a discount on our package but it was a pleasant surprise they checked for you. These ladies visit regularly and stay up to date with everything you need from transportation, dining, characters and game plans. I like to deal with my planning and they allow you to do so if you wish but they were able to book ALL my dining and reservation wishlist in my 60 days. We got CRT, Topolinos, Ogas, droid depot and Savis! A family of 5! All the tips and tricks needed for a stress free vacation. Rise of the resistance? I got group 1 and 3 back to back with their advice! They even texted me back when I had questions during our stay. One time Lisa called me when I thought we'd miss the magical express. The entire Mouse Class Travel team was amazing! We knew Disney was going to be busy and crowded celebrating New Years Eve in Epcot but thanks to this team, we did everything on our wishlist during our week long stay and more! Each team member was available to answer questions and talk the same day I texted them. Lisa was able to secure us a Candlelight Processional dining package late in our plans, which switched up our park days, but the entire team came through and modified all our plans to accommodate. We had the best trip!!! This was our 3rd trip in 3 years… different travel agents each time and Mouse Class Travel far exceeded our expectations compared to other travel agents we used. I have become so immersed in the planning process for our last 2 trips that I almost didn’t enjoy them because I was planning every single detail. With Mouse Class Travel, I didn’t have to plan every single detail and that was a game changer. This was the most relaxed trip and I was able to take everything in and really enjoy the time with my family! We simply decided what our priorities were and Mouse Class filled in the details. Working with Lisa and her entire team at Mouse Class Travel was a wonderful experience. I was taking my 5-year-old daughter for the first time and I hadn’t been since 1995! When we booked our trip little did we know how much we would need it. I’m an accountant and January is the craziest month. By the time our trip came, I was ready. The sole purpose of our trip was Galaxy’s edge and the coveted Rise of the Resistance. It was amazing! We joined our boarding group thanks to the tips provided by Mouse Class Travel and built droids and lightsabers. In all the craziness in this world, my girls keep saying I’m so glad we already went to Disney. We’ve looked at the pictures a million times. When we have a bad day; we remember Disney. This was our first trip using Mouse Class Travel and our 6th year going to Walt Disney World. It was the best experience ever! MCT worked with you on everything from the best resort for your needs, best places to eat, and best times to schedule things and more. Our trip was wonderful - I have to say - I'd never have figured out all the details without Mouse Class Travel! I highly recommend booking through them to anyone who mentions Disney! Even my last minute addition of reservations for Droid Depot and Light Sabers was taken care of - on Saturday before we left! And I was texting team members from the parks the first day of the trip! Our trip was absolutely wonderful!!! We can’t wait to go back to Disney World and of course will use Mouse Class Travel’s services again! I love planning Disney trips and am so glad I can just tell you all what we want to do and you can make it happen! Just about everyday Cooper, my 3 1/2 year old grandson, asks when we’re going back. And we’re hoping it can be soon! I was nervous about going back to Disney with a toddler because it had been 25 years since I had been with any little ones. Our last 4 trips had been adults only and they are completely different in both the planning and execution! We had such an amazing time on our trip to Disney - our girls had the best 6th birthday! We had so much help from Mouse Class Travel, and support leading up to our departure, that everything was organized and ready to go. It meant that we could all just focus on having fun as our plans were all in place. And then…. Our trip would not have turned out the way it did without the help we received from Mindy on day 2 of our trip. Our girls both had to go to Urgent Care and were diagnosed with strep throat, Mindy took my panicked phone call from Urgent Care and from there said she would change things around so we could focus on the girls.

I have never used a travel agent to book a Disney trip before but Mouse Class Travel went above and beyond what I could have ever expected. Mouse Class Travel took care of our reservations. They were always willing to price check different rooms and find out answers for all of our different questions. They were quick to respond and make changes when I would text them about any sales I saw. They were always pleasant working around my schedule when I had to call them. The only way to make a trip to Disney more magical is to do it with Mouse Class Travel’s help. We were able to get all of our dining reservations on the days and times we requested. We met rare characters; rode Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, built lightsabers and droids, and had drinks at Oga’s Cantina thanks to their diligent work.
