When I was 11 years old I took my only childhood trip from my hometown of Philadelphia to Walt Disney World. My family and I stayed in the Contemporary Resort and that summer the Grand Floridian was having their grand opening! It wasn’t until many years and miles later, in 2013, that my husband and our Florida born children, would return to the Most Magical Place on Earth. Our daughter was 22 month old and our son was 9 month old for their first visit, and seeing Disney through their eyes made the Magic real.

After a few years of visiting, month over month, we began to notice family’s struggling to experience the Magic as we did. Disney can be tricky, but with a little pre-planning, it doesn’t have to be! If you look closely, you can appreciate the awe-inspiring crowd control, the detailed theming, and the logistical genius behind every aspect of Disney Park and Resorts. I wanted to take the unnecessary pain away from the guests we met, and I wanted them to know and feel everything I did to make their trip more Magical!

That’s when I decided to put my MBA in hyperdrive and utilize my background in operations management and accounting to open and grow what is now Mouse Class Travel!

Three years ago, I found myself as the lead planner for my extended family’s trip to Disney World. There were twenty-five of us. Overwhelmed, I reached out to a blogger for some help who had two little kids and knew a lot about Disney. This blogger was Lisa and now here I am, filled with gratitude to be working with this incredible team.

I will be the team member who helps you set up your park days and makes your dining reservations. I have worked hard over the past 2 years to find hundreds of reservations for our clients. Making all of our clients’ dining wishes come true brings me so much joy. Please contact me with any questions related to dining, tours, enchanting extras like Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, Harmony Barber Shop, dessert parties, and any other reservations you might need during your stay. I will also be your contact for adding special room requests to your reservation.

When I am not hunting down dining reservations and working on park plans, I am chauffeuring my four kids around St. Paul, Minnesota to their various activities. I wish I could say our home life is filled with “Hakuna Matata” but I can more relate to the Cheshire Cat when he says, “We’re all mad here.” Even though it’s a crazy life, it’s a good life filled with incredible memories from our Disney adventures. I can’t wait to help you add magic to your Disney vacation!

Hi! My name is Melissa, and I am a proud mom to my 7-year old son. I live in Louisiana where it is always hot and not too far away from our favorite place Disney World! I didn’t go to Disney as a child but decided it was something I wanted to do before having children, so my first trip to Disney World was as an adult!

After my son turned 3 years old, I decided it was time to return to Disney World and take him to see the MOUSE. It was then that I realized how much planning Disney can take. I did all the research I could to get as much information as possible. Little did I know my love for Disney would grow on that trip! Seeing the Magic through his eyes brought pixie dust to mine!

I then found Lisa with Mouse Class Travel and booked the next two years of trips with MCT! My love for Disney continued to grow with each trip every year! I then became a part of Mouse Class Travel’s team, a dream come true!

I am a homeschooling mom of two children. I always wanted to go to Disney as a kid but didn’t go for the first time until I went with my sister in our 20's. I loved it so much that once we returned home, I began following all of the Disney sites and would plan fake itineraries, always dreaming of my next trip. I didn’t get to return to Disney World until almost 10 years later and was married, taking our then 3-year-old daughter. The magic was even more magnified watching the wonder in my daughter's eyes, and my obsession with Walt Disney World was born! My biggest trip was with 21 cousins from different parts of the country! I took the lead on all the planning and dining reservations.

Thanks to my family's Magical trips, I soon began planning trips for other friends and family members (and still build fake itineraries for fun!). My record for FastPasses was 17 in one day in Magic Kingdom, where I helped some family members from home while they were in the park! On my most recent trip, our large party of 9 rode Flight of Passage 4-6 times thanks to FastPass+ & Rider Switch!

I will help build your family's magical daily plans, where we tailor each day to your needs and wishlists. I'm happy to help you understand FastPass+ with Tap/Grab/& Modify, & Rider Switch, so you don't have to spend your Disney vacation waiting in lines. I also help clients with some extra, difficult to obtain, FastPass+ throughout the day, so they don’t have to fuss with their phones while in the parks. I am excited to plan your next Walt Disney World vacation and make your personal experiences with Disney as magical as I have experienced with my family.

Hi! I am a homeschooling mom and a lifelong Disney fan. Though I traveled to Walt Disney World a few times throughout my childhood, it wasn’t until I took my own daughter on her first visit in 2012 that it truly became my happy place. We began visiting annually for Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party; then a couple of years later, it turned into two visits per year, and before you knew it, we became annual pass holders. I helped family members plan their trips, lent advice to friends planning theirs, and have always been happy to chat Disney with whoever is willing!

In 2015, we took our first cruise on Disney Cruise Line. What we thought might be a once in a lifetime vacation turned into an experience that we keep returning to, thanks to Disney magic and impeccable service. Now, I’m a Gold Level Castaway Club member having completed 6 cruises, with a 7th on the horizon.

I will be with you every step of the way for your cruise: from booking to online check in to embarkation day. Contact me with your questions on Port Canaveral, Castaway Cay, rotational dining, kids clubs, back to back cruising, Port Adventures, the Navigator app, and more. I am thrilled to be a part of Mouse Class Travel as your Cruise Specialist!

Sarah Norris

Travel Planner & Food Allergy Specialist For Disney Destinations and Universal Orlando

My love of Disney began with my very first trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth when I was 2 1/2 years old. While my family vacationed a few times at Disney World when I was kid, it wasn't until 2003 when my family and I started vacationing at the Parks & Resorts yearly that my true love for Disney really kicked in. In 2011, I moved to Florida and even closer to the magic! I am a Disney World passholder and a frequent visitor to the Parks & Resorts. I have also been a passholder for various Orlando area theme parks, including Universal Orlando.

In 2009, I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease and Celiac Disease, which means my experiences at Disney World include special dietary needs. My significant other also has food allergies, so we have learned first-hand just how magical Disney World (and other Disney destinations, like Disneyland and Disney Cruise Line) are for guests who have special dietary needs. I have also run the website Gluten Free & Dairy Free at WDW, which includes a variety of resources, including dining reviews, allergy-friendly menus, and more. I can assist you with any special dietary needs questions or planning that you need for your Disney and Universal destinations.

As a librarian by day and use my research know-how and Disney expertise to assist guests with tips, tricks, and resources to help them have the best possible vacation experience -- and especially for those with special dietary needs. I'm also a total foodie, so if you love Mickey waffles, churros, Dole Whips, and beignets, I've got you covered with special dietary needs recommendations for all your favorites and more!
